Credit record damaged - over billing dispute

I moved out of 306 Twin City West in July when electricity got cut off because Huurkor cancelled my municipality account without notice and failed to communicate change of account. At the time I am on maternity leave and have a week old baby, that lack of communication by Huurkor had me going back and forth in queues for two days between the bank and municipality offices, at my fragile state.After such treatment, Huurkor has the nerve to think that I should have put in a two months notice. If not that, the damages to the flat are mine to square. I wrote a dispute to Diana De Klerk at Huurkor demanding proof such, since Huurkor have been selective in maintaining the flat I particularly live in eversince the beginning of their take over from Arlon Properties.I was renting this flat from Arlon properties.I never signed a contractual agreement with Huurkor even though I lived in the property and paid rent duly.Diana claimed to escalated the matter to her manager and will provide feedback to me. While I am waiting for feedback onto the dispute, on 25 Sept 2015 a notification via Email and sms from TNP came through, stating that Huurkor has Blacklisted me.Greed can only take you so far
