Costumer care

Customer service is extremely poor with no regard for their clients, especially those of color. I stay in a suburb in Pretoria North, but since I started staying there, I have never received joy from this service provider.. I have a municipality bill that keeps going up from what I have no idea.. I called previously two times and now I am at my wits end.. When you call their offices and request to the person that is clearly listed as responsible for that department, you are welcomed with rude remarks, mostly in Afrikaans.. You will never be given a chance to explain especially if you are a person of color.. Number 1:I take my laundry to Soshanguve for a good wash, I wash my car at a car wash in Soshanguve, but my is always up.
