Complaint - Water bill

I moved out their on the 28th June 2024, I got a statement to settle my water bill and I did just that. To my surprise I received a water bill from HUURKOR saying I owe about R500. The statement shows water and sanitation charges, but I was not renting the apartment. I went to their offices to figure out what's going on, but I kept getting referred to other offices or people they can't help me.

I need help, I am tired of running around trying to solve this issue, it is really costing me time and money.
