Complaint between Huurkor and Visser

<p>We rented an house from Huurkor and stayed in the house for more than 15 years. We received notice from Huurkor that the owner wants to move back to her property and evacuated the house end of October 2015. The electricity account was on our name for the whole period. But Huurkor starts sending us smsé that we own them an amount of nearly R5000 and if we do not pay the amount we will be handed over. When phoning them, they informed me that this amount is for water and electricity for the period from April 2015 until end of October 2015. They will now investigate and come back to me. They still own us a deposit but we are waiting from November 2015 for the amount to be paid back to us. Can you please help us because I understand that many has problems with this company and I do not know whether they will solve this matter and pay our deposit back</p>
