Caretaker is disrespectful towards tenants

<p>Today at Maderia Isles flats I was moving out and I came in before 7 to collect my belongings as I knock off late at work so as I was on my way out of the gate the so called 'caretaker' Joel came rushing towards the gate and stopped us with the bakkie which has all my belongings. He told us that I wasnt allowed to move us after 7 oclock in the evening because its 'rules' of the of that place and which no one has ever told us about that and pesisted and denied us to leave and he told me that I can call the police but the police cant do nothing because its the rules and I wont be able to move out. He made us stand there by the gate for atleast an hour for nothing. So i dont understand that is that allowed of just he can use authorithy as caretaker to bully people around. His management s****s are very bad and hes very disrespectful to tenants and visitors. I really felt emotionally bul**** by his actions and such people really still really exist in this day and age?</p>
