to start, since when is damping problem the tenants fault as they painted over a raw plastered wall without any base goat/primer. deposit problems doesn't pay in 7 to 14 days still waiting after 45 days, i had a 6 moth contract(expired in 2012) and according to them its still valid, be careful as they wont pay back interest on your deposit state in your contract that has expired in 2012. no maintenance/ repairs has been done in the 6 years despite me mailing 3 times for repairs on the damping problem. and sending the proof of mails for paint work which they have no maintenance records off. no water tat times / electricity security *****ing from the tenants and nothing is done about it, they don't replay on mails. and according to them a month is 1 to 30 only and not 19 to 19 as i gave my notice and wont be getting the 11 days over paid rent back, hope they do enjoy the beautiful garden i made, and mouse infested hell holes they call renting homes with rotten cupboards and rude dishonest laying cheating agents and admin staff and mangers and landlords.
