Bad Services and Rude bully Management

I bought a property at pretoria north Magnisynd no 8 ,last year july 2017, which i reviewed before i could buy it .This property had a garage, a small garden infront of the windows next on the side of drive way and a side parking written on the floor number 8. The seller confirmed to me, that all this package comes/it is for unit8. When I move in the small garden was changed to a pavement by caretaker(Lucas) without my consent. He told me that pavement on top of the drain is my side parking and I should not use my parking that is marked, it is his and no one is allowed to park there. I called the seller(Previous owner) and she wrote an email to Huurkor requesting them to rectify the matter . After few days with no response from Huurkor , i called them and i was referred to Juan Fourie who was very rude to me and did care about my issue , he responded with i say of "I DID NOT RECEIVED THAT EMAIL FROM THE SELLER" , then he dropped the phone. I kept on phoning and sending emails regarding the issue. His response on the email was there seems to be a miss communication as the unit has a garage and a parking bay that was created by the removal of the small garden,however the current resident seem to want to utilize a spot for parking right in front of a fire extinguisher which is not allowed by law,the relevant unit has sufficient parking as the resident only utilizes one vehicle.

I questioned his response about this law that is talking about of fire extinguiser , i asked him to whom does it applies to, because other tenants/ownershave side parkings that have fire extinguisersand which law/permissiondo they have to park there. Maybe is because of the colour of my skin? I need help from hellopeter because i can not use my side parking even my visitors are suffering . I have a caretaker who has been harassing,bullying and threatening me since i moved to this place.

On tuesday night around eight he banged on my window which it is not the first time incident and threatening me saying that, he is going to deal with me and he will even hit my car and he does'nt care he will speak to Huurkor.The way i was so scared me and my son, i couldnt go and lock the garage gate. I left it open throught the night .

Wednesdayw hen i got back from work i went straight to mys sister to tell her about what Lucas said to me, because i am now scared at my own space/place that i bought. My younger sister she had to drive from Midrand to Pretoria north to sleepover to make sure i am okay. I was advices to open a case a at the police station against him, which i will do tomorrow.

Please help me with this matter i am a single mom who can not sleep or staying in my own place. I am so traumatised and the worse thing i am woman who is been threated by a Man ,the Man who swears that he will show me.
