Bad service i

Disrespectful I signed the contract 6 February 2019 Pretoria Sunnyside. I live in Mpumalanga so I couldn’t come and view the flat. I viewed the flat the same day I signed the contract only to find out that there is no windows there and I have a heart condition breathing problems. I went there to ask to be moved to another flat now that’s 7 February 2019 I told ronal the lady on the 4th floor about my situation . He respond was she doesn’t care it’s not her problem if I die
