Bad Service from Body Corporate

I bought a unit under body corporate Huurkor,I have been staying there for 6 months now and what a waste of my money. I tried to complain to the body corporate but seems like no action is taken,. The yard is poorly maintained, the emergency hoses were last serviced in 2016 and no one seems to be willing to take responsibility, instead they playing the shift blame that trustees need to take care of everything then why are we paying levies? people who are owing are never dealt with, broken cars at the yard, Gate not working and geysers leaking. I am not even sure if the complex has insurance. No regular checks are done and no matter how much we complain we seem to wasting our time. is there a way we can replace body corporate or report to higher power because I feel at this stage we could loose our complex if it gets auctioned out
