Bad debth

I rented my property through huurkor and they fail to monitor that municipal water and sanitation account is up to date.the tenant has moved out after one year and I am left with a R4000 municipal bill outstanding and they refuse to help.the tenant paid money to quest solution appointed by them who fail to pay municipality.I have to take legal action now to get outstanding money due.hendrick
