Bad customer service

I moved out end of October. My deposit was to be paid back to me as soon as the flat is occupied. Now im receiving threatening smses that they are blacklisting me for outstanding rent. When in actual fact i handed in their keys after i moved out when i called the agent Ronell about the blacklisting she snapped at me and yelled then hung up on my ear.
