Bad Client Retention

<p>i was living at Reef Acres for over 2years until Huurkor came and took over from Black Rock/Boulders Property Investment. Their management is solely based on what they want rather than what has been agreed on contractually. </p> <p>After my annual 10% increase to my rent, they decided to increase my rent again in less than 2 weeks notification. their services are bad, the "caretaker" Bright hardly attends to your maintenance problems but at the end of your lease they will charge you for the things you initially found faulty upon moving in.</p> <p> </p> <p>i wouldnt recommend anyone to go and live at Reef Acres. You dont get your value for money.</p>
