Bad client experience

As a tenant at Huurkor renting a property I had an issue with my water where I bought water and bath once the following morning my water was finished then I was forced to buy water again,so I logged a call the maintenance guy (Paul)came and didnt do anything same day he send 1 of his workers to give me form to sign where nothing was noted on the letter after a few days I get and invoice that I need to pay a call out fee which shocked me coz how am as a tenant liable for maintenance fees on a property that is not mine and plus nothing was resolved no full investigation was done on what happened to the water,I send emails to Gill advising that I will not pay the call out fee and since when do tenants pay for maintenance staff but I feel she was not of any help and she went and included that money in my rent,I wouldn’t recommend anyone who is looking for a place to rent with Huurkor especially they property Kosmos villa at Summerfields Estate,the maintenance will charge you for work they didn’t do.
