Bad Attitudes and Billing for for reason

Got an email from HUURKOR regarding special levy apparently for repairs, when I call they tell me that it was decided by trustees, what trustees because I never received an invite to the meeting and I am an owner so which trustees did they call and make such a decision without inviting owners.<br> The worst part my house doesn't need any alterations when I asked the guy who is doing them he says they will only put a pillar in my house seriously now I have to pay R7755 , for a pillar that I don't need. For that matter they had to decide for me that I must pay that as I was not invited to the meeting.And when I tell them they must stay away from my house they say I will pay regardless, and they are all rude from the caretaker to HUURKOR staff, is it because I am black or this is how people are treated, it makes me wonder. Don't we have rights anymore in this country. Do we always have to consult our lawyers every time because as black people we need to be shoved around by white people even if we are paying for our houses. This has made me wonder because I did not receive a meeting request why? I still say I don't want this fixing in my house, I can do it myself.
