Bad Attitude towards tenants

Calendula flats is being painted / renovated. I struggle to get to my parking lot because of the materials they use because is left there overnight. the caretaker shouts at me everytime I tell him I can't get to my parking. today he even got the nerve to write a note saying should anything happen to my car they as in him and huurkor will not be liable for the damages. in fact I'm moving out end of the month
