Awaiting refund for over 2 months

I rented from the agency for a year and moved out on 30 September 2020. The flat was so filthy, cracked floor tiles, dirty walls and crayons on wardrobe doors I literally had to scrub the place. Was told that my deposit will be paid after 21 days of vacation the place. To date, I still haven't received my deposit. They are so quick to send emails about shortages on payment and even give you timeframes for payment, and still charge interest on interest. The rude agents don't respond to emails, you'll be lucky if you get through to the telephonically and they would just put you on hold till you decide to drop the call. Was told that they are waiting for a quotation for damages, while those were in my inspection document I sent them when i moved in. Ive decided to take the legal route and report them to EAAB. This is too much now. The worst agency ever!!!!
