Agents who lie & dont care about you!

<p>Im currently staying at 613 Malet, been here since the 1st of April 2016. Before moved into this place i had inspected the place and found countless defaults at which i had brought to my agent- Rebecca's attention, even took pictures for her as she didn't accompany me to view the place. I brought the issue up with her and she reassured me that she would have the place fixed especially the doors- as the security door doesn't work and the main door has a hole in it..My security is certainly compromised, winter is coming and im expecting my baby next month.</p> <p>It was only after contracts where signed and payment made that i found out from Corine that Rebecca had no right making such promises (Misconduct and Unfair Practice) as that decision is made by the owner. An inspector came to inspect the flat on the 18th of April and till this day i have received no response. Ive also made contact with Rebecca on WhatsApp on the 6th, 12th and 19th May regarding this issue but have received no response from her either.</p> <p>Ive also noticed that im not the only person who seems to have this problem with Rebeccas unfair practices. Can someone please give me a response in regards to this matter- as i cant raise a baby under such conditions</p>
