Agents who are unprofessional

I would like to lodge a complaint with one of your Agents who has given me bad service.

I had made an appointment to View a flat in Dasport at Antons Place with Rodney - ********** at 15:00 in the afternoon. 1. When i called leaving the office he notified me that we must reschedule for 16:00 and I agreed. 2. At 16:00 I was at the place and he was nowhere to be seen and had told me that he was stuck in traffic and I should then wait. 3. 17:00 I kept calling him and he notified me that someone was coming to open up at the gate for me and I should be patient. 4. 17:20 There was still no one here and I had been waiting on him to open up and still no assistance.

I am extremely angry and have wasted money as I had traveled there using metered taxi and have wasted costs of coming to view a place and having not viewed it.
