Accormodation in bad state

I moved in at Klaas se Plek it’s in PTA west. I was shocked. The place was beyond dirty and I really never thought the service will be that bad. I contacted them to request cleaning, maintenance and painting. Their assistance on the line said I moved in here knowing the state of the room. Excuse me when someone moves out Huurkor doesn’t clean, fix and ensure that the room is in a good state for the next client ? I have heard people talk about bad service from Huurkor but now I know better.
