Access Gate Complaint

Good Day

I would like to lay a complaint.

I am new tenant at Villa Trianta as of 1 October 2020

I sent the application form for Access Control to the property.

I spoke to him in a gentle Manner asking him how the process works as i don't know how it works.

He barely made any effort to explain the process of how i will know if my written phone numbers on the form will work or not.

All he could say is "wait 24 hours " and kept quiet.

I still tried and engaged him further but still answered me very rudely and got irratiated. He hanged up the phone on me after i told him there is no need to be rude.
