Absence in service delivery

I wanted information about a property they have on the market, after many attempts I still have not received any call back or answer of the phone. I have been at their offices in Hatfield and the office is filled with staff, the phones are ringing but no one even answers. So as a potential investor I will never make use of such absent service.
