I have never been so upset in my life. I was approved a rental application a while back. Mind you I had to call them to find out about my application, was told they tried calling me for one of the other units which they didn't and the same Carien confirmed that she had not called me...another unit was left which was the last unit available, was told to pay in the deposit which is exactly what I did , told to make an appointment to sign the lease and again I did as I was told...today when I got there the woman has the nerve to tell me as I walk in the office that she had given the flat to someone else as she Had mistaken me and the other applicant ,how can one make such a stupid mistake really...I'm really disgusted with this agency and wouldn't recommend it to anyone cause they are not even bothered to listen to reasoning...If I app**** for a 3900 flat they want to give me an alternative flat that's double that amount...pure incompetence at the highest level...
