Buy now, suffer later
I bought a new Husqvarna lawn in October 2025. This new mower was missing a part. Despite many attempts to get help from Husqvarna in South Africa, my request for help still remains unanswered 6 month later. I would sum this up as non-existent service. Unfortunate as a I am an avid motorcyclist as well and this interaction has damaged the brand for me.

Poor after sales service
I bought a Husqvarna lawnmower recently. The mower has wrong attachment. Repeated attempts at getting help from an authorized reseller as well as from Husqvarna directly have just been met with silence. Really disappointing to see a brand like this ignoring their customers.
