Worst non Birthday gift

<p>Went into Cradlestone Hush Puppy on the afternoon of April 13th, purshased a pair of men's shoes size 8 for a birthday gift for the 15th of April. After gift was tried on, on the evening of the 13th, they were far smaller than a normal 8-sizing completely incorrect. Went to the store on Friday 14th April at 9:30, store closed due to public holiday. Went to the store 15th April at 12, no bigger sizes to try on, store refused to refund cash payment made and only opted for a credit note to drive an additional 30km to perhaps find the right size at a different store being Cresta. Left the shoes in the store as I want my cash refund. Staff in your store were unhelpful and uninterested. Called head office from the store and asked for a refund and was told to call back on Tuesday 18th April. Hush puppy have lost a potential client for life.</p>
