Worse shopping experience

Hush puppy menlyn bad treatment they gave my sister those two ladies without name tags she purchsed a pair of ladies boots paid with a credit card and said to them they must charge a savings they put the product on budget, so when she realised that they actually allocated the payment on budget called them and explained the situation and the who was helping she just said sorry and can't help her what kind of service is that. Later in the day she quickly went to store to get clarity this ladies who are working there said straight they can't help her thats unprofessional and when she asked them their names they refuse to give her their names then she decided to take phots of their faces they became violent towards her trying to grab the phone and causing and argument out of nothing please somebody help we have never seen such behaviour.
