Will never order From Hush puppies again and waiting for refund

i have order hush puppies from the site that was on sale.

a week later i was informed they are moving my shoes will take awhile to get, after about think 2 weeks they informed me the shoes was out of stock. i went on web site and it showed stock for a a while before they informed there is,

i was promised i will get from the 2018 stock that will come and now after i followed up no all of a sudden there wont be a 2018 ranged, they wanted me to pick a other show but most of the shoes was out of stock,

i then requested a refund that now about 6 days later and still has not been processed yet on the accounts side and they informed the accounts is closing on Friday so if i don t receive my refund im going to have to wait. this is unacceptable we as a client must pay for the product at time of the order. but they can take their time with a refund.
