Terrible customer service

<p>Their return policy differs from online and in-store. Where online its progessive and in line with the retail market. In store, you are only offered a credit note when you return an item within 7 days, unworn and full price. </p> <p>Their stores are not connected, you cant take back an item to another Hush puppies store.</p> <p>Email complaint on the above on Sunday and today is Wednesday with no reply.</p> <p>I called on Tuesday and was told someone will call me on Wednesday. No call received.</p> <p>There will be no puppies in my closet evermore...</p>
