Poor service Hush puppies

Took shoe back in original condition with receipt and was refused a refund. Shoe not suitable for my dad as he has gout, and we just needed the monies to purchase another brand with a soft mesh upper which cushions the toe. We were blatantly refused a refund, and feel that we spent in excess of a R1000 and we hav a right to our money to purchase another pair. Poor service all round and I expect a call from Hush Puppies head office with assistance,as my dad is a pensioner. The branch we visited was in Rosebank. Spoke to Maggie. Annoying service.
