Poor Service at Hush Puppies Mall of Africa

I received poor service at Hush Puppies Mall of Africa on 26 December 2019.When we walked into the store the shopping assistant did not attend to us until we signaled her for assistance.She was not enthusiastic and spoke under her breath.We picked the shoe, and requested for a shoe fitting.We asked for a foot cover in order to o fit the shoe and she gave us a used sock to put on before trying the shoe on and walked off ,chewing gum or something that sounded like it.After the fitting we signaled her again and told her we want to buy the shoe.When we got the the pay point the lady seating at the pay point seemed to be busy with the screen, she made us wait without explaining why, after five minutes she scanned the shoes.We handed the card to her and she handed it to a man that was seated behind the counter, when he processed the payment he did not stand so the transaction can be visible to us.He processed the transaction using the card number and only after told us that the chip reader of the machine was not working.The general service we received from each of the three people at the shop was horrible.The only reason we bought the shoes there is because we had driven a long distance to come to the shop.We will never shop here again.I tried to call the head office but the number just rings.
