Outstanding Customer Service

I have been eyeing out a pair of slippers for a while and they finally became available on hushpuppies.co.za. After shopping on the store, I proceeded to checkout but encountered an issue in the checkout process. This was most likely due to a WordPress update that the ISP servers had not made provisions for on their side, so not hushpuppies.co.za's fault. I then called the number on the website and was assisted by fantastic staff members. They had excellent communication skills, were very polite and pleasant, and best of all, remarkably efficient. I requested to pay via EFT. They promptly sent me banking details and I then made the payment. My shoes were delivered the very next morning to my door. I am overwhelmingly happy. Thank you so much!
