Order place on online store but no delivery

I placed an order on the [URL Removed] website 3 weeks ago. Did not receive my order and every time I enquire they reply days later saying that they are still waiting for the stock to come in from a store. Very reluctant to recommend anyone from buying on this site despite of the wonderful specials that advertise.
