MISS LEADING CUSTOMERS

I purchased a pair of Hush Puppies POLO .Due to work constraints and the nature of my employment I am hardly or never at home for weeks and some times months .I recently took out the shoe and used it , on the first day the heel started to disintegrate . I called the branch and the manager knows me very well due to the purchases I make at his store and he has the shoe for the past 4 weeks . I then called Hush Puppies directly and was told that they cannot help as the particular model is discontinued , but they are advertising this on their online website . I made several calls to the office but nobody would want to try and even help Pathetic service , I cannot loose R 1700.00 just like that .They lack customer service knowledge
