MISLEADING CUSTOMERS TO GET MAKE A SALE. REFUSE TO DO REFUND!WOODMEAD

The day I bought the boots for my son, I made 100 percent sure that I could return the boots for a full refund if it was not suitable.The salesman assured me that he would refund me as long as I paid with a credit card. I returned the boots - original condition and original receipt(Also in accordance with their refund conditions - on the back of their receipts).Salesman and Manageress Refused a refund. I phoned their MD. At first he agreed to pass the credit. When I got to Pretoria he called to say that he was not going to do the refund.THEY HAVE THE BOOTS. I have lost R1,349.10, while I am battling to take care of my disabled husband. I am not even able to give them ANY rating. PATHETIC . SPARE YOURSELF THE BULLYING - SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. DO NOT BUY AT WOODMEAD HUSH PUPPIES!
