Happy with Hush Puppies

Firstly, I love the brand. I have a pair I've been using almost daily to work for the last 6 years and it's still going strong!

I had an order online for Hushpuppies.co.za .. the discovery miles and credit card payment failed due to a technical error over the weekend. Monday morning I called the call centre in Johannesburg and their lady handling the online queries was very quick, efficient and friendly. The item I wanted to purchase was out of stock (my original order was probably the last time), but she managed to cancel my original order while I was on the phone, and I could immediately re-purchase my item. I had also used a one-time voucher, but she managed to help me still retain that discount as well.
