Dreadful

I have never felt so disappointed in an Online service. My children wanted to buy me some moccasin slippers for Father's Day. Initially I tried to order using my Nedbank Visa card and my children would reimburse me. However Intershu don't accept Debit cards. So my daughter tried to pay with her Visa credit card, which is amply covered and their system wouldn't accept it. Bar having the hassle of online banking to pay I simply gave up. It is so upsetting as my children live abroad and they so wanted to give me this item for a Fathers Day gift. Based on my experience I would never encourage to use this site for online shopping. There Customer service is a contradiction in terms.
