Do not buy. Bad quality and zero brand support.

Bought three pairs of Hush Puppies shoes different color. All three pairs are making a terrible squeaking noise when walking. I decided to bite the bullet as I didn't keep the invoices. Not the quality I was hoping for. Then Desember whilst on holiday I bought a pair of Hush Puppies sandals in Jongensfontein Western Cape. After only a few times wearing this the plastic clip broke. As I stay in Pretoria I tried to return this to the Hush Puppies store closest to me. In short Hush Puppies will not return any shoes except via the store you purchased it from. To make things worse, you are bound by the company policy of that particular store. If they have a three month return policy that is what it is. I always thought I bought into the brand and the brand will have your back, not the case with Hush Puppies and the importers Dale group. Stay far away from Hush Puppies, consumers are spoiled for choice no need to spend money on inferior quality and complicate your life. Interesting to see how many consumers on here are dissatisfied with service and quality of Hush Puppies.
