Disgusting Service!!

<p>I bought a shoe at Hush Puppies on the 30th of May 2017 in Eastgate, Gauteng. I fitted the shoe and all was perfect. They gave me another pair of shoes of the same size with a NAIL PROTRUDING ON THE RIGHT HEEL!! . I realised this when I wanted to wear the shoe and I sent my husband to change it for me. He visited the shop on the 02 of June 2017 and they advised that they don't have the same size so they will be taking it back to the factory as they DO NOT DO REFUNDS. I wonder why? All that I know is that here in South Africa we get refunds as consumers as per our Consumer Act. On the 6th I received a call from Barbara who apologised and we agreed that I can go to the shop on Friday for my refund. Friday at 16h00 I visited the same shop for the 3rd time to find out that she is gone home no one else is available for refunds as she BARBARA STRYDOM is the only person qualified to do a refund. In this day and age a big company like Hush Puppies does not multis**** their consultants?? A customer service Manager is the only person who can do that? I was told that they will give me a credit note;HELLO I don't want anything from them now I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! I DON'T WANT ANY CREDIT NOTE!!</p>
