Crumbling soles , Poor Quality

I Bought a pair of Hush Puppies and the soles are falling apart. It looks like the rubber is crumbling. My older shoes are just fine, very poor quality. What is worse is i wore them for a business meeting and came home to realize the side rubber is flapping.
