Bad service.

My name is Mlungisi Nkosiyane I bought a pair of sneakers in Hush Puppies Rosebank (style :Seventy8, Colour:Fiesta Red Suede) they have a 6 months warranty of quality and workmanship. (Date of Purchase :13 March 2021) within 2 months of purchase the shoes got torn on the heels both shoes,I returned them hoping the company will stick to their 6 months warranty rule of factory fault return. I took the shoe to the shop within 2 months and my plea was declined and the reason for rejection was that "they have not yet found a similar complain" by that reason they are declining my plea. With that said I want to declare this as an unfair treatment by the brand as their client I am irate and disappointed.
