Bad service

Bought two pairs of his and hers 78 sneakers from the store. I returned to the store to enquire how and what to use to clean the sneakers with and the store manager informed me that the colour runs out even with the use of a very gentle cleaner. I've since tried getting hold of the brand manager on Facebook messenger however no one has rep**** to me. Should rather return it before wearing it since it is such a poor quality sneaker
