Bad Service

<p>Bought shoes at Hush puppy Mall of Africa in January, I sent them back a week later because they didn't fit & I only wanted to exchange and not refund. </p> <p>The manager there Agatha didn't want to come address me as a customer but instead kept sending the associate Themba.</p> <p> </p> <p>The customer service is non existence & very appalling even for the manager whom said they'll call me after 7 days but I didn't get any feedback, instead I went on to contact their head office but they said they'll call me, till to date I haven't received anything and my shoes have been taken.</p> <p> </p> <p>They should really train their staff in customer service, policies and procedures of the company and most importantly communication. </p>
