Bad customer service

I bought shoes on the 24 March 2023, i returned them. On the 27 March 2023, I was told that the Policy of the store they don't give refund on all purchases when I disputed I was told that the manager will call me he never phoned me till I phoned he told me that he wont refund me because the shoes are dirty i left the shoes at the store to date no communication from Hush Puppies Woodmead
