Children at Huiswerk maak dit maklik
Below is the letter that Huiswerk maak dit maklik issued to all Parents after 3 children was ill-treated and more complaints coming through from Parents. This letter is a lie, there is no ongoing dispute, the owner is trying to cover what is going on at the school. How can unqualified ladies (teachers as they call them) do homework with your child.Parents do not take your children to this school. Dear parents, We wish to inform you of an ongoing dispute involving the parents of children who previously attended the Huiswerk Maak Dit Maklik centre (“the Centre”). Please be assured that this matter is being addressed through the appropriate channels. Should you encounter any false information or have any questions and/or concerns, we kindly ask that you contact the Centre directly rather than relying on external sources. Rest assured that our commitment to providing a safe, nurturing and high-quality learning environment for all current and future children remains unwavering, Thank you for your understanding and continued support. Unhappy, disgusted
This review is from Cindy van den Heever I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional way this school handled a situation involving my children after more than three years of using their after-school service. Following a minor disagreement between my twin boys over a lunchbox, I was confronted at the school gate and told I must attend a meeting. Despite making several calls during the week and explaining that I was unable to attend at the proposed time, I was accused of having “no interest” in my children. The following day, I received a letter from an attorney alleging a breach of contract and full of lies. I responded promptly and denied all allegations. The next day, I contacted the school to confirm whether my children would be collected as usual. I received no response. Later that day, my three boys were left at the school, and I was called and told they were “not welcome” anymore. This was an extremely traumatic experience for my children, who were suddenly removed from a fami**** environment without warning. It demonstrated a serious lack of care, communication, and responsibility toward the children’s wellbeing. After two days, my refund of remaining credit was only paid after I followed up myself, with no concern shown for the distress caused to my family. After a long relationship with this service, the way this situation was handled—particularly by Karina—was unacceptable and lacked basic professionalism and empathy. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this school’s after-school care service to other parents
