Worst service ever.

Worst experience ever. I purchased huggies dry comfort during the shoprite red Friday and they leak. I laid a complaint and apparently the pictures are a determining factor if the nappies leak or not. Huggies sent me an email through some Kimberly-Clark and they stated that because I could not send them the pictures they want they will not attend to my complaint and I should not bother sending any responses or more pictures because my complaint is null and void. They did not even collect the samples to test. They send pictures of huggies gold and expect an open package to look like their gold package. I will never buy huggies dry comfort and I will use word of mouth because I am a consumer. How do you determine leaking nappies through images of a package and not the actual nappy? Oh tell your Phillipines customer service agents to listen to customers and not speak over them
