Bad customer service
I bought 2 jumbo packs of huggies gold skin soft for R329 per pack which is a total of R658 spent, bought packs were faulty, and this is supposed to be a prremium brand , I emailed them and they then only offered me a R189 discount voucher which does not even cover half of the money I spent

Diapers quality and damage
My first child I was using Huggies with no problems but with my second child I really don’t know what’s happening with the diapers as they are leaking and I even found 2 diapers in the pack and inside it seems to have a box I even took a picture and video. I’m really unhappy n I picked up this box wen my child started being uncomfortable

Huggies poor quality
I'm a new mum with a newborn and I honestly wanted the best care for my child so after much research did huggies come as the best choice but honestly I'm beyond annoyed and dissatisfied with the quality my baby can't even were a diaper for 2hours without a leak when your adds speak about 24hour dryness I find myself changing him every hour to 2 or else all his cloths is wet in this cold, when speaking to other parents the quality and size has changed? Why is this even the wipes quality is pathetic it breaks off or so many come out at once this is the worst experience for a new mother to still struggle with this issues when u spent the money for quality only to be dissapointed I have a whole cupboard full of huggies extra care from new born to size 4 and honestly at this point I feel like giving it away for free because of the poor quality it causes me more work to wash clothes constantly because of leaks night times are the worst because even if baby is asleep I must wake him to change or it leaks... Do better for your customers or just start dropping huggies off at the local clinics as a free sample because it's not worth the money... I have used eco nappi and honestly your quality stands no chance to this brand that is now a quality brand for sure

Constant leaks
I only ever buy the Huggies dry comfort pants and recently I have been so disappointed because for the past month, atleast 3 times in the week my 3 year olds nappy has been leaking in the night. It is a nightmare and I am so gatvol of the bad quality!!

Boxer and huggies
I'm not happy with the diaper that i have brought from boxer they are not the same as Shoprite .....i have brought 3 packet of huggies dry comfort from boxer when i compare them from Shoprite they are not the same but same brand

Worse service ever
I am so angry that my concerns were not looked into they didn’t bother to be remorseful or meet me half way after all the trouble I went through with my daughter. You nappies were faulty which resulted into my daughter having a bad reaction o really wish I was able to put a picture to show it. I am so disappointed

Huggies you need to do something about this
I bought a pack of Huggies Gold Pants and they are terrible. They leak a lot I am quite not happy o bought a gold skin soft pants for my daughter she used to use the extra care but since she started the potty training I move to pants what a disappointment the pants a forever leaking my baby Is always wet you need to always change her and the cloths the don’t hold anything and the **** it just you always need to wash. Huggies are the worse
Huggies pants are the worse!!!! For the price Its useless and leaks where the entire foam comes out and messes bedding and interruption of good sleep every night, not a product to purchase ever! Should be discontinued immediately!
