Worse experience

Im very upset with huggies i am a mother of 3 and for my last two they are currently still using huggies , i buy in bulk to ensure i never run out i tried returning a pack of nappies without a slip as the entire pack is faulty And they wouldnt assist i contscted gHuggies customer care and to date have not been assisted,i am disappointed and very disgusted by the service i have been getting as its a wmail asking me pictures after i sent it on numerous occasions im done with this brand though, its pathetic the consultants who also answer the phones dont make an effort to assist
