Very unsatisfied mother

I purchased box huggies gold pullups and wet wipes in last month at Game Store Kenilworth Centre my baby pee twice in the pull-ups then it's completely full and leaking and the wipes is so dry when I took out of the packet it breaks while I take it out I have addressed this matter with the manager of Game Store Kenilworth they advised me to send a email. Which I have done but after 24hours I still have not gotten a call. I have spend so much money on diapers and wipes that's useless to my baby.
