VERY INHAPPT CUSTOMER

Dear Huggies

I am so saddened and most disappointed with the quality of this pack I've bought for my little girl. This is my second baby and I've only used huggies even for my first. I have thrown away the third kimby for the morning because the "tape" just comes off on its own? The quality is so bad that it's almost transparent and leaks. I have never had an issue like this before but this is really disappointing as I cannot afford to waste so many in such a short space. Please help! Above is the email I sent to the care line. I received an email with a reference so I called in. Firstly the phone rings constantly with no answer and then drops. Eventually got assistance and to my shock Huggies cannot assist me !! All because I have use the entire pack and they will need me to send them samples??!! How ridiculous?? Was I suppose to save nappies for them and not use them for my baby ?? It is costly having to buy all the time so obviously as bad as the pack was, I had to use them. My email had pics attached of the problems I had an that is not good enough. All I was told is that oh I’m terribly sorry but wecant help, thanks for calling in and have a lovey day with the call dropped.

THIS IS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
