Very Disgruntled Parent

bought huggies 3 weeks back, called to log a complaint and 2 weeks later the courier arrives for pickup with no replacement vouchers as promise. when i followed up on my request im told the process changed yesterday ( ALL OF A SUDDEN), now i have to wait 2 more weeks for vouchers to arrive, (TO Which i doubt will be 2 weeks)

The packaging on huggies 3 Dry Comfort in the whole Pick n Pay and Shoprite stores is waaaaay tooooo small to be a 3, compared to the 3 Gold.

lets see if in the so callede 2 weeks this will be rectified and get the huggies replaced.. if no repsonse nor update in the next week, I will be posting everyday until I get a feedback on the bad service received
