Very bad service and nappies

I bought 2 packs of huggies nappies took them back as there were almost 20 of the pack that could not be used as they Thorne on the sides. I bought a second pack of nappies same problem I went back to the place were I bought the nappies they said I must call huggies and inform them only to be told I can not talk to a rep but to a call center its been a month no response I will rather pay more then ever buy huggies again.
